About Mile End Bakery
Mile End Bakery was started by two friends who love to bake, Mallory and Anya. Anya has Celiac disease, meaning she can’t eat gluten, which is found in wheat, rye, and barley. It is for this reason that Mile End offers you cookies with regular wheat flour and also gluten free. Whether you want regular cookies, gluten free cookies, or a mixture, our cookies are baked to order specially for you. Choose from six different flavors, plus the occasional monthly special.
Why Mile End?
Anya and Mallory met during college at McGill in Montreal, Canada. Stemming from their love of Montreal, they decided to name their bakery after a popular Montreal neighborhood.
